Overhauling
If we take a machine into our stock for overhaul, it is completely dismantled. Every individual part is checked to see if it is working and it is repaired or replaced as necessary.
Overhauled for us means:
cleaned, totally dismantled, bearing assemblies measured and new parts fitted if under size, ball or bush bearings completely renewed, gear wheels not less than 90% of their new condition, reassembled, given a dry test run, primed and spray-painted.
